DELIVERY POLICY

Free delivery across Pakistan on every online order.

HOW TO PAY
Cash on delivery, bank transfer to our HBL account, or Easypaisa / JazzCash.

WE CONFIRM EVERY ORDER ON WHATSAPP
After you order, we message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before it is sent. Please keep your phone with you so your order isn't delayed. Orders we can't confirm are not dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are sent within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days in Lahore and 3 to 5 working days in other cities.
Delays can happen during public holidays, bad weather or courier backlogs.

TRACKING
Once your parcel is booked, we send your tracking number on WhatsApp.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please enter your full address with a nearby landmark and a working phone number. If a parcel comes back because the address or number was wrong, we will contact you to arrange delivery again.
