Our Story

WHAT IS SUR+?

Every season, Pakistan's export factories make clothes for some of the biggest brands in the world. And every season, they make more than they ship. An order gets cancelled. A shipment is cut short. A colour comes out one shade off the brand's sample.

Those pieces were made on the same lines, from the same fabric, with the same stitching, but they never reach the brand's shelves. That is export surplus.

25 YEARS IN THE TRADE

Our family has traded export surplus since 2001. For 25 years it moved in bulk: by the bale, by the truckload, to traders across the country, good pieces mixed in with seconds and sold by weight.

You've seen where most of it ends up: bazaar piles where the best finds are buried under the worst, with no sizes and no way to trust what you're buying.

SUR+ is what happens when we stop selling it by the bale and start selling it piece by piece.

HOW WE GRADE

Every piece passes four checks before it gets the SUR+ tag:

  1. Fabric: held to the light for holes, thin spots and pilling.
  2. Stitching: every seam, cuff and hem checked.
  3. Finish: zips, buttons, prints and colour checked for faults and fading.
  4. Size: sorted by its real size, so the size on our tag is the size you get.

A piece that fails any check doesn't become SUR+. Only A-grade makes it.

WHY THE PLUS

Surplus means extra. The plus is what we add to it: hand grading, honest sizing, free delivery, cash on delivery, and a 15-day exchange if anything isn't right.

International quality. Pakistani prices. Checked by hand.
