Refund policy

15-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

Every SUR+ piece can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. You receive a SUR+ coupon code for the full amount you paid, and we pay the courier to collect your piece once per order.

WHAT YOU CAN EXCHANGE
- Any SUR+ piece, for any reason, unless it is marked Last Pieces or final markdown.
- Last Pieces and final markdown items can be exchanged for faults only.
- Ask within 15 days of the day your parcel was delivered.
- The piece should be unworn and unwashed, with the SUR+ tag still attached.

YOUR COUPON CODE
Use your code only with SUR+, on our website or in our shop in Lahore. It stays valid for 6 months. Any unused balance stays on the code. If your new order costs more, you pay only the difference.

IF A PIECE ISN'T A-GRADE
If anything reaches you with a fault, or you receive the wrong piece, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will collect it free.

HOW TO EXCHANGE
1. WhatsApp us on +92 304 4787988 with your order number.
2. We book the courier to collect your piece.
3. Once we receive it, we send your coupon code on WhatsApp.
4. Use your code online or in our shop.

All SUR+ orders are exchange-only.
